“The DZ260 monitoring device is a configurable speed monitor that has a quick response time and many modes for monitoring standstill, overspeed, under speed (including startup bridging), and rotation direction. Up to 1 MHz, the signals can be handled by TTL / RS422 formats, traditional rotary encoders, or measurement systems with HTL output levels. Along with a two-line backlit LCD display, the gadget features four programming buttons on the front panel. An alternative method of parameterizing the device is through the integrated serial RS232 interface using a PC and the Motrona operator software. In addition to a 14-bit analogue output that can be utilised for control and regulation, the DZ260 has three potential-free changeover output relays.

  • Pulse input with format A, B, 90° [HTL] or A, /A, B, /B [RS422],
    also possible for single channel
  • Input frequency up to 1 MHz
  • 3 output relays
  • 14 Bit analog output for ±10 V or 0/4 ... 20 mA
  • Power supply 17 ... 30 VDC
  • Auxiliary voltage output +5 V for the supply of TTL encoders
  • Snap-on housing for top hat rail (according to EN 60715)
  • LCD display, backlighted
  • Setup via keys or via PC by serial RS232 interface”
